Kevin Kolbe is a fantastic realtor. When we were buying a home, we gave Kevin some vague guidance about what we might be looking for, and he brought us to a house that fit us perfectly. Even long after we purchased the house, he was quick to respond to emails or calls asking for suggestions of people to make repairs. When it came time to sell the house years later, Kevin spent many hours carefully researching the market and gave us excellent advice for setting a price and preparing the house for sale.
