Rachel Arseneault

Ramsey Weeks welcomed Rachel Arseneault to the Real Estate Team in February 2024. Rachel and her husband, Dave, live in Grinnell with their three children – Izzy, Jack, and Luke. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rachel has called this community home for over 15 years. She’s excited to use her local expertise to represent buyers and sellers and address their property needs.

Rachel’s professional background is in Higher Education, specifically college recruitment, but she has also taught abroad and worked in insurance. Before transitioning to Real Estate, Rachel was employed in the Office of Admission at Grinnell College for over a decade. She recruited prospective students and led the campus visit experience. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys running and hiking, traveling with friends and family, volunteering in the community, and supporting the Pioneers and Tigers at athletic events. Rachel is a former Grinnell College student-athlete!
